Quality Assurance Representative
As a Retail Quality Assurance Representative at The Business Cleaning Company, I am dedicated to keeping the important principles of delivering consistent and high-performance cleaning services to our retail clients. My responsibilities involve effective communication, both written and verbal, providing routine visits, relaying information regarding service requests, scheduling, overseeing event cleaning, and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise in our clients' buildings.
In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, I also provide support to my fellow QA Representatives and contribute to our Business Development efforts.
