Experience: As founder of TBCC, Miguel sets the direction of our team. His years as a top performing sales rep in the health industry prepped him to streamline customer’s contracts for each buildings specific need. Miguel has assembled a dedicated crew to assist him in giving our clients the best service possible. His vision is where our company is going.

Marlene Boggiano

Position: CFO

Responsibilities: A/P & A/R

Experience: Marlene utilizes her accounting and customer service background to ensure billing needs are meet. All financial aspects of the company are handled by Marlene.

Dora Torres

Position: Office Manager & HR

Responsibilities: Dora wears many hats for our company! Not only is she in charge of the smooth running of our front office, she’s always researching the best possible pricing for our customer supply needs.

Agustin Estrada

Position: Lead Supervisor

Responsibility: Oversees' field supervisors, training and safety meetings

Experience: Agustin is an important and strong member of TBCC’s team emphasizing quality; safety and security of our customer’s facilities.  With Agustin’s 30 plus years in the cleaning industry, he brings experience in all phases to our company.

All of our employees undergo extensive background checks prior to employment.

We implement a comprehensive training program which takes place for two consecutive days, for eight hours per day here in our warehouse. In addition, the workers are trained on-site at the account(s) to which they are assigned in order to ensure that they are familiar enough with that buildings specifications to clean it on their own.

All of our workers and supervisors are trained in compliance with OSHA regulations.
